Drivers Education

In the final week of Term 2, the Year 10 students took part in a drivers training day in Bayswater North.
Half of the day was spent in a classroom learning about road rules and theory, whilst the other half of the day was spent physically driving a manual or automatic car. In the classroom we learnt about road rules and road safety, as we completed several activities relating to what we should do when we get out on the road. After our time in the classroom, we were separated into  groups as we learnt how to drive either a manual or automatic car. Some of us had already started our 120 hours of driving for our L Plate, whilst the majority of us were learning how to drive for the first time.
Overall, this day was a great learning experience, that started to set us up for our future.
