Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $65.00 (incl. GST) is requested to accompany each application for enrolment.

Enrolment Fee: Once a place has been offered to a student, a non-refundable enrolment fee of $700.00 must be paid to confirm acceptance of enrolment. This amount will be deducted from the first year's Tuition fee.

Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are determined annually by the College Board. The fee for 2016 is $5,490.00

Methods of Payment: For convenience, we currently have 4 different options of paying your son’s school fees

  • Direct Debit from your bank account and credit card
  • Term Payments
  • Directly to the St James College bank account
  • Cheque, Cash, Credit Card, EFTPOS

Discounts: A 10% reduction for the second son and 20% for the third, is available for brothers of the same family attending St James College.

Capital Fee: A Building Levy contribution of $300.00 per family, per year is compulsory and is included in the annual tuition fee account.

Instrumental music tuition is available on request. An additional music fee is charged for such tuition.

Change Of Address: St James College needs to be informed of a change of address and phone numbers (work and home) as soon as possible, in case of an emergency. This is also important at those times when reports and accounts are posted out to families.
